The short version: we collect only what you give us, we use it for this campaign, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you sign the petition we collect your name, email address, ZIP or postal code, and any comment you choose to add. When you sign up for updates we collect your email address. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and message.
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- Your name and ZIP or postal code are included when the petition is delivered to Washington University and the St. Louis prosecutor’s office.
- We email you about the case only if you ask us to, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- We never sell your information.
Other services this site touches
- Forms are processed by a form-handling service acting on our behalf.
- Online donations are processed by Donorbox and its payment partners (such as Stripe and PayPal). Your card or bank details go directly to them; we never see or store them.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Videos are hosted on X. Nothing is loaded from X until you press play on a video, at which point X’s own privacy policy applies.

To see, correct or remove the information we hold about you, or to take your name off the petition, contact us and we will take care of it.
